Atmos Energy Corporation (NYSE: ATO) today announced that it has declared a quarterly dividend on the company's common stock of $0.33 per share. The indicated annual dividend is $1.32. The dividend will be paid on June 10, 2009, to shareholders of record on May 26, 2009.
The ex-dividend date is May 22.
With shares of Atmos trading around $25.92, the dividend yields 5.08%.
