Amen Properties (AMEN) Acquires Cogdill Enterprises

Amen Properties (NASDAQ: AMEN) has acquired Cogdill Enterprises, Inc., dba Cogdill Energy Consultants (CEC), a leading energy consulting firm to religious groups and other commercial and industrial customers located primarily in Texas.

Cogdill Enterprises, Inc. will be integrated with Amen's wholly-owned subsidiary, Priority Power Management, Ltd., which is the leading Texas-based independent energy management and consulting services firm to large commercial and industrial clients.
