Alberto Culver Company (NYSE: ACV) reports Q1 EPS of $0.28, ex-items, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter was $344.3 million, versus the consensus of $357.06 million.
Mrs. Bernick also announced the Company's board of directors approved the regular $0.075 quarterly cash dividend. The dividend will be paid on May 20, 2009 to shareholders of record on May 7, 2009.
