Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC) today announced that its Board has approved a 2% increase in its quarterly dividend from $0.50 to $0.51, payable October 15, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2009.
The dividend yield moves from 9.16% to 9.34%.
