Caesars Entertainment Corporation (Nasdaq: CZR) 5.4% LOWER; announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 10 million shares of its common stock. Caesars expects to grant the underwriter of the offering an option to purchase up to 1.5 million additional shares of its common stock. Caesars and its financial sponsors, affiliates of TPG Capital LP and Apollo Global Management, LLC, have agreed to a lock-up (subject to certain exceptions) for a period of 60 days after the date of the prospectus supplement for the offering. The offering is subject to market and other customary conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed.

Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBBY) 5.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.16, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.82 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.81 billion. Comparable store sales in the fiscal second quarter of 2013 increased by approximately 3.7%, compared with an increase of approximately 3.5% in last year's fiscal second quarter. Sees Q3 2014 EPS of $1.11 - $1.16, versus the consensus of $1.12. Also sees Q4 2014 EPS of $1.70 - $1.77. Bed Bath & Beyond expects FY14 EPS of $4.88 - $5.01, versus the consensus of $5.01.

Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE: JBL) 4.1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.56, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.81 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.51 billion. Jabil Circuit sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.50 - $0.60, versus the consensus of $0.63. Sees Q1 rev of $4.35 - $4.65 billion versus $4.84 billion expected.

Fibrocell Science, Inc. (NYSE: FCSC) 4% LOWER; will offer shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering pursuant to its existing shelf registration statement. The company also intends to grant to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock sold in the public offering to cover over-allotments, if any. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund Phase III clinical trials for additional azficel-T indications, to progress its collaboration programs with Intrexon Corporation and for working capital and general corporate and administrative expenses.

Progress Software Corp (NASDAQ: PRGS) 3.9% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.27, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $77.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $76.7 million. Issues the following Q4 outlook: * On a constant currency basis, revenue is expected to be between 4% and 6% growth compared to the fiscal fourth quarter of 2012; and Non-GAAP operating margin is expected to be 35%.

Enduro Royalty Trust (NYSE: NDRO) 3.7% LOWER; announced that Enduro Resource Partners LLC (“Enduro”) intends to offer 11,200,000 trust units in an underwritten public offering. Enduro will also grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,680,000 trust units. The Trust will not sell any trust units in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering. Enduro intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of its trust units to pay down a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its senior secured credit facility.

pSivida Corp. (NASDAQ: PSDV) 3.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.17), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $492 thousand versus the consensus estimate of $650 thousand.

TCP Capital Corp. (Nasdaq: TCPC) 3.4% LOWER; announced that it has commenced a public offering of 3.8 million shares of its common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock sold. The offering of the shares will be made under the Company’s shelf registration statement, which was filed with, and declared effective by, the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Westport Innovations, Inc. (NASDAQ: WPRT) 3.3% LOWER; announced that it is offering to sell, subject to market and other conditions, 6,000,000 of its common shares in the United States and Canada pursuant to a preliminary prospectus supplement to its base shelf prospectus originally dated June 20, 2013. Copies of the U.S. preliminary prospectus supplement can be accessed through the SEC's website at www.sec.gov, and copies of the Canadian preliminary prospectus supplement are available at www.sedar.com.

Winthrop Realty Trust (NYSE: FUR) 2.9% LOWER; announced it has commenced a public offering of 2,750,000 of its Common Shares of Beneficial Interest. In connection with the offering, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 412,500 Common Shares of Beneficial Interest on the same terms and conditions. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and JMP Securities LLC are acting as joint book-runners for the offering.
