Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) 18.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.02, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $608.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $606.23 million. Groupon sees Q3 2013 revenue of $585-635 million, versus the consensus of $621.6 million. Groupon also announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program. Under the program, Groupon is authorized to repurchase up to $300 million of its outstanding Class A common stock over the next 24 months.

Fusion-io (NYSE: FIO) 18.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.03), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $106.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $110.2 million. Fusion-io sees Q1 2014 revenue of $80-90 million, versus the consensus of $123.83 million.

Tumi Holdings (NYSE: TUMI) 15.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.18, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $108.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $114.03 million. Total comparable store sales for all Direct-to-Consumer channels, including company-owned websites, increased 4.6% compared to an increase of 8.0% in the second quarter of 2012. Tumi Holdings sees FY2013 EPS of $0.76-$0.82, versus prior guidance of $0.82-$0.86 and the consensus of $0.86.

Tesla Motors, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) 13.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.20, $0.40 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue was $405 million vs the estimate of $383.40. Net income (non-GAAP) increased 70% from Q1 to $26M. Record sales of 5,150 Model S vehicles in North America. Gross margin of 22% (non-GAAP), despite significant reduction in ZEV credits. On track to achieve Q4 gross margin of 25%, excluding ZEV credits. Strong balance sheet with almost $750 million in cash and no government debt. Primary focus is on expanding production to meet worldwide demand.

ION Geophysical (NYSE: IO) 9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.00, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $120.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $127.48 million

Solarcity (NASDAQ: SCTY) 8.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.43), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.38). Revenue for the quarter came in at $46.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $27.44 million. Solarcity sees Q3 2013 EPS of ($0.5)-($0.6), versus the consensus of ($0.38).

Halon Resources Corporation (NYSE: HK) 6.4% LOWER; filed a preliminary prospectus supplement to its existing shelf registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to an underwritten public offering of 38,000,000 shares of its common stock. The underwriters will also have a 30-day option to purchase up to 5,700,000 additional shares of common stock from Halcón to cover over-allotments, if any.

OraSure Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSUR) 5.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.10), $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $24.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $23.67 million.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (NASDAQ: GMCR) 5.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.82, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.77. Revenue for the quarter came in at $967.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $981.13 million. Green Mountain Coffee Roasters sees Q4 2013 EPS of $0.69-$0.74, versus the consensus of $0.72.
