Gigamon (NYSE: GIMO) 24.8% LOWER; warns for Q1. Gigamon expects revenue for the first quarter to be approximately $31.0 million to $31.5 million, below the company's previously stated guidance of $34.0 million to $35.0 million. The revenue shortfall was primarily attributable to one expected large transaction from an existing customer in EMEA that did not materialize. In addition, certain other transactions that were expected to close late in the quarter slipped into the second quarter. The consensus is $34.8 million.

Spectranetics Corp (Nasdaq: SPNC) 17.6% LOWER; announced preliminary results for the three months ended March 31, 2014. Sees revenue of $39.6 million, up 5% (The Street is at $41.4 mllion)

Nordic American Tankers Limited (NYSE: NAT) 10% LOWER; announced an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 common shares pursuant to the Company's effective shelf registration statement.

James River Coal Co. (NADAQ: JRCC) 8% LOWER; files Chapter 11

Schulman (NASDAQ: SHLM) 6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.39, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $588.51 million versus the consensus estimate of $575 million. Schulman sees FY2014 EPS of $2.23-$2.28, versus the consensus of $2.16.

Idera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDRA) 5% HIGHER; presented new preclinical data demonstrating the ability of its Toll-like receptor (TLR) antagonist, IMO-8400, to inhibit the survival and proliferation of B-cell lymphoma cells harboring the oncogenic MYD88 L265P genetic mutation. These data add to the growing body of research which supports the Companys efforts to develop IMO-8400 for the treatment of genetically defined forms of B-cell lymphoma. The findings were presented today in a poster session titled Immune Modulatory Agents and Interventions at the 2014 American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting in San Diego, California.

Zogenix, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZGNX) 4.9% HIGHER; filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts requesting the court to grant a temporary restraining order against execution of the executive order recently announced by Governor Deval Patrick, which prohibits the prescribing and dispensing of the Company's prescription pain product that was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Zohydro ER (hydrocodone bitartrate) extended-release capsules, is the first and only extended-release hydrocodone without acetaminophen for the management of pain severe enough to require daily, around-the-clock, long-term opioid treatment and for which alternative treatment options are inadequate.

voxeljet AG (NYSE: VJET) 3.5% LOWER; announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs). Both the Company and certain of its shareholders (the “Selling Shareholders”) will offer ADSs as part of the public offering. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of ADSs by the Selling Shareholders.

Gastar Exploration Inc. (NYSE: GST) 2.2% LOWER; announced today that its production in Marshall County, West Virginia has been shut-in since early Saturday morning due to the rupture of a pipeline operated by Williams Partners. Gastar hopes to restart production, which currently represents approximately two-thirds of its average daily production, as early as Tuesday night. ADS (NYSE: WUBA) 1.9% HIGHER; Charles P. Coleman 's hedge fund Tiger Global Management disclosed a 6.5%, or 2,524,600 share, stake in the company. This is up 741.53% from the 300,000 shares held at the end of the latest quarter ending March 31, 2014.
