After-Hours Movers 8/31: SRZ, NG, CCUR Higher; FORM, NLST, ABM Lower
Sunrise Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: SRZ) 15% HIGHER; announces revamped relationship with HCP to terminate contracts on 27 of the 75 senior housing communities. HCP will pay Sunrise $50 million. Also litigation proceeding were dismissed.
FormFactor Inc. (Nasdaq: FORM) 4% LOWER sees Q3 sales of $46-$48 million, versus the consensus of $57.3 million.
Netlist Inc. (Nasdaq: NLST) 3.6% LOWER; continues today's intra-day 8.7 percent sell-off into the close.
NovaGold Resources Inc. (NYSE: NG) 3.5% HIGHER; continues the 5 percent intra-day move after Paulson disclosed a 9.1% stake in an 13D filing. He had owned the stake prior to the filing, but the 13D filing suggest he could become an activist investor.
ABM Industries Inc. (NYSE: ABM) 3.1% LOWER; Reports Q3 EPS of $0.42, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter was $869 million, which compares to the estimate of $889.17 million. Sees FY10 EPS of $1.33 - $1.37, compared to the consensus of $1.35.
Concurrent Computer Corporation (Nasdaq: CCUR) 2.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.11, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter was $18.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $18.70 million.
