Zumiez, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZUMZ) 14% LOWER ; reported Q2 EPS of $0.07, or $0.17 ex-items, versus analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $135.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $135.52 million. Comparable store sales for the second quarter of fiscal 2012 increased 9.5% on top of a comparable store sales increase of 7.5% in the second quarter of fiscal 2011. Zumiez sees Q3 sales of $181-$185 million, versus the consensus of $183.8 million. Zumiez, Inc. sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.42-0.45, or $0.51-$0.54 ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.56.
Gordmans Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMAN) 13% LOWER ; reported Q2 EPS of $0.18, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $128.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $131.2 million. Comparable store sales increased 0.1%.
