Pandora Media sees Q3 2012 revenue of $115-118 million, versus the consensus of $114.4 million. Pandora Media sees FY2012 EPS of $-0.04--0.08, versus prior guidance of $-0.07-0.11 and the consensus of $-0.12. Pandora Media sees FY2012 revenue of $425-432 million, versus the consensus of $424.2 million.

Vera Bradley, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRA) 10% LOWER ; reported Q2 EPS of $0.33, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $123 million versus the consensus estimate of $122.05 million. Vera Bradley, Inc. sees Q3 2013 EPS of $0.37-0.39, versus the consensus of $0.39. LyondellBasell Industries NV (NYSE: LYB) 5% HIGHER ; will replace Sears Holdings in the S&P 500 after the close of trading on Tuesday, September 4.

Sears Holdings (Nasdaq: SHLD) 7% LOWER ; to be removed from S&P 500.
