Based on current trends, the Company expects fiscal second quarter 2010 revenues will be in the range of $155 million to $170 million vs. consensus of $111.81M. Aruba Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARUN) 10.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.03, ex-items, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter was $53.3 million, versus the consensus of $49.45 million.

Magma Design Automation Inc. (Nasdaq: LAVA) 5% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.03, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $28.84 million vs. $28.60 million consensus. For Magma's fiscal 2010 second quarter, ending Nov. 1, 2009, the company expects total revenue in the range of $28.5 million to $29.0 million. Same store sales fell 29.6%. Sees Q1 ex-write-off breakeven to a loss of $0.05. The Street is expecting Q1 EPS of $0.04.

MICROS System (Nasdaq: MCRS) 3.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 adj-EPS of $0.36, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter was $224.2 million, versus the consensus of $214.60 million. Approves a 2 million share buyback.

J. Crew Group, Inc. (NYSE: JCG) 2.9% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.29, 14 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter was $357.6 million, versus the consensus of $346.86 million. Q2 gross margin increased to 41.2%. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.30-$0.33, versus the consensus of $0.30.

Novell Inc. (Nasdaq: NOVL) 2.3% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.07, ex-items, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter was $216 million, versus the consensus of $216.64 million.
