Citi Trends, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTRN) 12.3% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.00, 5 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter was $111.6 million, versus the consensus of $124.70 million. Same store sales fell 12.4% during the quarter.
PetSmart (Nasdaq: PETM) 10.2% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.31, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter was $1.31 billion, versus the consensus of $1.32 billion. Q2 comes came in up 0.8%. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.20-$0.24, versus the consensus of $0.26, with same store sales flat. Lowered its FY09 EPS guidance from $1.42-$1.52 to $1.37-$1.45.
Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. (NYSE: NM) 7.6% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.21, 10 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.11 and compared to $0.72 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $142.21 million, versus the consensus of $120.29 million.
BioForm Medical (Nasdaq: BFRM) 5.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.04, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.10). Revenue for the quarter was $19.2 million, versus the consensus of $15.21 million. Sees FY10 sales of $64-$70 million, versus the consensus of $66.36 million.
NetApp, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTAP) 4.6% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.22, ex-items, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter was $838 million, versus the consensus of $828.30 million. Sees Q2 adj-gross margin of 62.5%-63%.
DivX, Inc. (Nasdaq: DIVX) 3.3% HIGHER; DivX and Yahoo! (Nasdaq: YHOO) have reached a mutually agreeable settlement with respect to the parties' litigation surrounding their two-year License and Distribution Agreement entered into by the two companies in September 2007. As a result, DivX has upwardly revised GAAP earnings guidance for the third quarter by $0.29 per diluted share, or $0.17 per diluted share net of related taxes, and now expect GAAP earnings to be in the range of $0.10 to $0.12 per diluted share.
Limited Brands (NYSE: LTD) 3% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.19, ex-items, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter was $2.07 billion, versus the consensus of $2.06 billion. Q2 same store sales fell 9%. Sees Q3 loss of $0.07-$0.12, which compares to the Street estimate of ($0.09). Raises its FY09 EPS guidance from $0.67-$0.87 to $0.75-$0.90.
