Revenue for the quarter was $1.41 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.39 billion. Comps up 4.6%. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.35 - $0.39, versus $0.37 consensus. Reaffirms FY10 outlook.
Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRCD) 6% LOWER; reports Q3 adj-EPS of $0.13, inline with the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $504 million, which compares to the estimate of $508.41 million. Sees adj-EPS of 12-14c on sales of $530-$550 million. The Street is currently looking for Q4 EPS of 15c on sales of $549.78 million.

Hot Topic, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOTT) 2.4% LOWER; reports Q2 adjusted loss of $0.12, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.13). Revenue for the quarter was $150 million, which compares to the estimate of $150.36 million. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.05 - $0.08, versus $0.11 consensus.
SanDisk Corporation (Nasdaq: SNDK) 2.2% LOWER; announced today its intention to commence an underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions, of $1.0 billion principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due in 2017 pursuant to an effective registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, the Company expects to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional $150 million principal amount of notes from the Company to cover overallotments.
