Sees FY10 revs $525M to $575M versus consensus of $568 million. Raises EBITDA range to $21M to $24M.

Mattson Technology (Nasdaq: MTSN) 12.5% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of ($0.40), 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of ($0.41). Revenue for the quarter was $8.1 million, versus the consensus of $10.61 million.

Akamai Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: AKAM) 11.7% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.40, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter was $204.6 million, versus the consensus of $210.99 million.

Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. (NYSE: TOO) 6.6% LOWER; plans to offer 6,500,000 common units, representing limited partner interests, in a public offering. Teekay Offshore expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 975,000 common units to cover over-allotments, if any. The Partnership expects to use the net proceeds from the public offering to repay amounts outstanding on one of its revolving credit facilities.
