SCOLR Pharma, Inc. (AMEX: DDD) 33.4% LOWER; today announced that it will be unable to meet its previously-issued 2010 revenue expectations with respect to sales of its new line of extended-release nutritional products. The revenue outlook for 2010 was based on the expected shipment of SCOLR products to certain large accounts which place orders three times a year based on a shelf planning cycle. Due to delays in product availability, SCOLR will be unable to meet the second of these scheduled review cycles and will not be able to ship products to these large accounts in 2010.

China Finance Online (Nasdaq: JRJC) 15.3% HIGHER; reports Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.08, 11 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter was $15.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $13.50 million. Reiterates FY10 outlook.

Quicksilver (NYSE: ZQK) 11.4% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.11, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter was $468.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $455.50 million. Sees Q3 sales down in the low teens percentage.

Martek Biosciences Corp. (Nasdaq: MATK) 7.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.45, 12 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter was $119.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $114.76 million. Sees Q310 revs of $113 - $118 million and an EPS of $0.33 - $0.36. Consensus sees revs of $112.16 million and an EPS of $0.39.

Krispy Kreme (NYSE: KKD) 5.3% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.06, versus $0.03 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $92.1 million, compared to $93.4 million in Q109. Raises its Fy11 operating income guidance from $10-$13 million to $11-$15 million.

Comtech Telecommunications (Nasdaq: CMTL) 5.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 GAAP EPS of $0.67, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter was $216.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $190.01 million.

Sonic Solutions (Nasdaq: SNIC) 4.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter was $27.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $26.38 million. Sees Q1 sales of $25 million, versus the consensus of $26.54 million.

Bottomline Technologies (Nasdaq: EPAY) 4.7% LOWER; today announced that it is offering to sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement.

Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (Nasdaq: ULTA) 3.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.23, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter was $320.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $315.18 million. Q1 comps rose 10.8%. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.16-$0.18, versus the consensus of $0. on sales of $311-$317 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $ million. Sees same store sales up 7-9%.

Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. (NYSE: SRZ) 3.2% HIGHER; announced today that the Company and certain of its affiliates have entered into a purchase and sale agreement with GHS Pflegeresidenzen Grundstucks GmbH and Prudential Real Estate Investors (operating on behalf of investors in a fund managed by its Munich-based business, TMW Pramerica Property Investment GmbH) to sell eight of the Company's nine German assisted living facilities. The aggregate purchase price under this agreement is EUR 60.8 million (approximately US$74.5 million), which, after expenses, shall be paid directly to the respective lenders to the German communities.

SAIC, Inc. (NYSE: SAI) 1.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.32, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter was $2.69 billion, which compares to the estimate of $2.75 billion. Reaffirms guidance.

Danaos Corporation (NYSE: DAC) 1% HIGHER; reports Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.23, versus the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter was $79.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $82.4 million.

Dyncorp International (NYSE: DCP) 1% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.43, 11 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter was $1.06 billion, which compares to the estimate of $948.81 million.

BNY Mellon (NYSE: BK) 1% LOWER; announced a proposed offering of $700 million of its common stock to the public. Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Citi will serve as joint book-running managers for the offering.
