Limoneira Company (Nasdaq: LMNR) 38% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.00, versus ($0.09) reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $13.2 million, compared to $7.8 million in Q209.

Callaway (NYSE: ELY) 12.4% LOWER; sees Q2 EPS of $0.10-$0.15 on 1 cent charges, which compares to the Street estimate of $0.32. Sees sales of $295-$305m million, versus the consensus of $325.2 million.

Trubion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRBN) 11% LOWER; today announced Pfizer's (NYSE: PFE) decision to discontinue development of TRU-015 (PF-05212374), an investigational drug in Phase 2 evaluation for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis developed under the companies' CD20 collaboration. However, Pfizer has confirmed that it will continue to develop SBI-087 (PF-05230895), Trubion's next-generation, humanized, subcutaneous CD20 RA product candidate also in Phase 2 clinical evaluation.

Synergetics USA, Inc. (Nasdaq: SURG) 9.8% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.13, versus $0.02 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $13.9 million, compared to $13.1 million in Q309.

FelCor Lodging (NYSE: FCH) 8.8% LOWER; announces a 25 million share public offering of common stock.

Majesco Entertainment Co. (Nasdaq: COOL) 8.7% LOWER; reports Q2 adj-loss of $0.03, 2 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter was $10.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $16.85 million. Reaffirms outlook.

General Maritime (NYSE: GMR) 7.5% LOWER; has just announced the launching of its offering of about 25.5 million shares of its common stock.

Capstone Turbine Corp. (Nasdaq: CPST) 7.3% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.05, 1 cent worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter was $16.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $17.66 million.

Korn/Ferry (NYSE: KFY) 6.1% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.19, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $168.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $155.63 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.15-$0.25, versus the consensus of $0.17, on fee sales of $155-$175 million, vs. the consensus of $150.9 million.

Valence Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: VLNC) 4.3% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.04, inline with the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter was $3.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $4.28 million.

Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) 2.7% HIGHER; raised its Outlook for 2010 Adjusted EBITDA by $50 million to a new range of $1.035 billion to $1.100 billion. The Company’s prior Outlook range was $985 million to $1.050 billion. The corresponding revised Outlook range for net income attributable to Tenet shareholders is $135 million to $204 million and the revised Outlook range for diluted earnings per share is $0.27 to $0.40 per share. The consensus is $0.30.

Terremark Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq: TMRK) 2.5% HIGHER; today announced that Verizon Business (NYSE: VZ) has inked a deal to purchase Internet colocation services at its Network Access Points (NAPs) of the Capital Region and the Americas to meet increasing demand from Verizon’s federal clients to deliver FISMA-compliant data center services.

La-Z-Boy Inc.(NYSE: LZB) 2% LOWER; reports Q4 adj-EPS of $0.23, inline with the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter was $310.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $307.65 million.

Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE: RL) 1.9% LOWER; today announced that it has commenced an underwritten secondary public offering of Class A common stock pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed today with the Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of its principal stockholder, Mr. Ralph Lauren. Mr. Lauren is offering 9.0 million shares of Class A common stock and will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.35 million shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company will not be selling any shares in the offering nor will it receive any proceeds from the offering. The Company has also agreed to purchase an additional 1.0 million shares of Class A common stock from Mr. Lauren at the per share price of the public offering.
