Guess? (NYSE: GES) 9% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.51, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenues for the quarter were $489.2 million, versus the consensus of $451.59 million. Boosts FY08 eps $2.40 to $2.48 versus consensus of $2.44
TIBCO Software Inc. (Nasdaq: TIBX) 8% HIGHER; said preliminary second quarter results indicate total revenue is expected to be in a range of $147 to $149 million, versus the consensus of $154.1 million. The company expects license revenue for the quarter to be approximately $56-57 million. Non-GAAP earnings per fully diluted share are expected to be $0.05 to $0.06, versus the consensus of $0.08.
SAIC, Inc. (NYSE: SAI) 5% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.25, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenues for the quarter were $2.37 billion, versus the consensus of $2.26 billion. Sees achieving targets in FY09, backlog at end of Q1 $15.1 billion.
