After-Hours Movers 5/8: Priceline (PCLN) Soars On Strong Results; AIG (AIG) Sinks on Massive Loss

Priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN) 14% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.76, 16 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.60. Revenues for the quarter were $403.2 million, versus the consensus of $377.17 million. Priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN) sees FY 08 EPS $5.25 to $5.65 versus $5.12. Q2 EPS $1.25 to $1.40 versus $1.30.
Assured Guaranty (NYSE: AGO) 13% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $2.11, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.65.
Greenfield Online Inc. (Nasdaq: SRVY) 12.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.10, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenues for the quarter were $30.93 million, versus the consensus of $31.89 million. For the full fiscal year 2008, SRVY confirms revenue guidance of $143-153 million vs. $149.44 million consensus.
NGAS Resources (Nasdaq: NGAS) 9.8% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.01, 2 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenues for the quarter were $17.65 million, versus the consensus of $18.61 million.
RealNetworks (Nasdaq: RNWK) 9.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.02, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenues for the quarter were $147.6 million, versus the consensus of $141.57 million. Sees Q2 breakeven to a loss of 4c, versus consensus of loss of 2 cents. FY breakeven to a loss of 5 cents versus consensus of loss of 6 cents. Okays an additional 50 million buyback. Plans to spinoff its casual games unit to an IPO.
Quest Software Inc. (Nasdaq: QSFT) 8.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.21, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenues for the quarter were $172.8 million, versus the consensus of $165.62 million. Sees FY08 revs of $705-$720 million, versus the consensus of $711.6 million.
First Marblehead (NYSE: FMD) 8.6% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $2.36, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.36).
American International Group (NYSE: AIG) 8% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $1.41, versus the analyst estimate of $0.76 loss. Announces that it will raise $12.5 billion in capital.
First Marblehead (NYSE: FMD) 7.5% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $2.36, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.36).
Genoptix (Nasdaq: GXDX) 6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.29, 11 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenues for the quarter were $22.3 million, versus the consensus of $19.41 million. Genoptix is adjusting its performance outlook for the full-year 2008, and now expects revenues of between $90 and $95 million with net income near the high end of the previously provided range of between $15 and $17 million. (FY revenue consensus is $90.34 million) GAAP earnings per diluted share are now expected to be at the high end of the previously provided range of $0.85 to $0.95 for the full year 2008. (Consensus is $0.95).
Limelight Networks (Nasdaq: LLNW) 4% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.02, 4c worse than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenues for the quarter were $30.2 million, versus the consensus of $31.31 million.
Activision (Nasdaq: ATVI) 3% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.17, 12 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenues for the quarter were $602.5 million, versus the consensus of $369.12 million. Activision sees Q1 eps 13 cents ex-Vivendi, rev's $500 million versus $484.3 million. FY 09 sees eps $1.30 ex-Vivendi, $1.18 consensus. FY 09 revs $3.1 billion versus $2.82 billion.
Heely's (Nasdaq: HLYS) 1.3% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.02, ex-items, 7 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenues for the quarter were $13.1 million, versus the consensus of $14.78 million.
NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) EVEN: reports Q1 EPS of $0.36, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenues for the quarter were $1.15 billion, versus the consensus of $1.15 billion. NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) said it sees Q2 revenues down 5% from Q1, which was $1.15B. This would put Q2 at about $1.09 billion (cons is $1.12 billion).
