(Nasdaq: ITMN) 76% LOWER; today announced that the U.S. FDA issued a complete response letter for the New Drug Application for Esbrietâ„¢ (pirfenidone) for the treatment of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis to reduce decline in lung function. The FDA has requested additional trials.

Myriad Genetics (Nasdaq: MYGN) 25% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.33, 6 cents below the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter was $90.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $97.84 million. Sees FY EPS of $1.30-$1.35, versus the consensus of $1.50. Sees FY sales of $360-$365 versus the consensus of $382 million. Also announced a $100 million share buyback.

Gasco Energy Inc. (NYSE: GSX) 9.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.00, even with the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter was $6.38 million, which compares to the estimate of $6.98 million.

Cray (Nasdaq: CRAY) 9% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.34, 12 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.22). Revenue for the quarter was $28.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $41.03 million. Assuming a successful release of Baker in the third quarter and customer acceptances in 2010 as currently planned, we continue to anticipate revenue in the range of $305 to $325 million for 2010. (consensus is $314.78M) We currently expect revenue in the second and third quarters to be around $30 million and $50 million, respectively. Service revenue is expected to be in the range of $110 million for 2010, driven by strong growth in our custom engineering initiative.

Glu Mobile (Nasdaq: GLUU) 7% HIGHER; reports Q1 loss of $0.03, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter was $17.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $15.13 million.

USEC Inc. (NYSE: USU) 6.7% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.09, 7 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter was $344.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $464.58 million. Reaffirms FY10 oultook.

American Medical (Nasdaq: AMMD) 5.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.29, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter was $134.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $129.99 million. The Company narrowed the range of its full year 2010 revenue guidance to $544 to $560 million from previous guidance in the range of $540 to $560 million. (Consensus is $547.73M) Second quarter revenue guidance is in the range of $135 to $139 million. This guidance assumes foreign currency exchange rates remain constant with current rates. (Consensus is $135.20M) Reflecting the strong earnings performance experienced in the first quarter, the Company increased its full year 2010 non-GAAP adjusted earnings per share guidance to $1.19 to $1.27 from its earlier guidance of $1.16 to $1.24. True Religion (Nasdaq: TRLG) 5% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.34, 1 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter was $77.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $73.41 million.

News Corp (Nasdaq: NWSA) 4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.32, versus the consensus of $0.23. Sales were $8.79 billion, versus $8.16 billion.

WebMD Health (Nasdaq: WBMD) 3.7% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.07, versus the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter was $108 million, which compares to the estimate of $105.31 million. Reaffirms guidance.

Tal International (NYSE: TAL) 3.6% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.53, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.31.

FEI (Nasdaq: FEIC) 3% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.11, versus the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter was $149.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $153.46 million. Sees Q210 EPS of $0.18 - $0.23, versus $0.26 consensus. And Q210 sales $145 - $150 million, versus $156 million consensus.

Intrepid Potash (NYSE: IPI) 2.9% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.16, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter was $107.40 million, which compares to the estimate of $76.19 million.

BWAY Holding (NYSE: BWY) 2.7% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.34, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter was $248 million, which compares to the estimate of $236.58 million. Sees Q310 EPS of $0.47 - $0.54, versus $0.60 consensus.
