Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: NBIX) 47% HIGHER; today announced statistically significant and clinically meaningful top-line efficacy results from its Phase II Daisy PETAL study (901 study) using its proprietary, orally-active nonpeptide Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone receptor antagonist, elagolix, in patients with endometriosis. Cimatron Ltd. (Nasdaq: CIMT) 11.7% LOWER; reports Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.01, versus ($0.04) reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $7.9 million, compared to $7.8 million in Q109.

AAR (NYSE: AIR) 9% LOWER; sees Q4 adj-EPS of $0.27-$0.32, which compares to the Street estimate of $0.38. Sees quarterly sales of $355-$365 million, versus the consensus of $340.20 million.

DiamondRock Hospitality (NYSE: DRH) 7% LOWER; plans to sell 20,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering pursuant to its effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company also announced that it has entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire the leasehold interest in the 821-room Hilton Minneapolis for approximately $155.5 million. Phillips-Van Heusen (NYSE: PVH) 5% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.83, ex-items, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.79. Revenue for the quarter was $619 million, which compares to the estimate of $604.82 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.50-$0.52, versus the consensus of $0.69. Sees quarterly sales of $1.08-$1.1 billion, versus the consensus of $635.1 million. Raises its FY10 EPS guidance to $3.55-$3.65 on sales of $4.35-$4.4 billion. The company had previously guided FY10 EPS of $3.25-$3.33. The Street is looking for FY10 EPS of $3.64 on sales of $4.09 billion.

OSI Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: OSIS) 3.9% HIGHER; will replace Iowa Telecommunications Services Inc. (NYSE: IWA) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Friday, May 28.

NCR, Inc. (NYSE: NCR) 3.7% HIGHER; Greenlight hedge fund disclosed a 5.1%, or 8,234,065 share, stake in the company. The firm did not show a stake in NCR Corp at the quarter ended March 31, 2010.

Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUNH) 2.8% HIGHER; today announced that it intends to separate the company into two separate publicly traded companies. Here is the full report.

Dean Foods Co. (NYSE: DF) 1.3% HIGHER; Chairman Gregg Engles disclosed the purchase of 30,000 shares on 5/20 at $10.38 and COO Joseph Scalzo disclosed the purchase of 23,800 shares on 5/20-5/21 at $10.29-$10.39.
