After-Hours Movers 4/3: Riverbed (RVBD) Lower on Guidance, Dendreon (DNDN) Higher on Investment

Riverbed Technology (Nasdaq: RVBD) 8% LOWER; issued Q1 preliminary earnings today: EPS are expected to be in the range of $0.08-$0.10, versus the consensus of $0.12. Revenues are expected to be $72-$74 million, versus the consensus of $80.98 million.

Dendreon Corp. (Nasdaq: DNDN) 6% HIGHER; Continues today's 4% run-up after a $47M registered direct offering at a premium to the market price.

JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) 1% HIGHER; JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) acquired 11,500,000 shares of Bear Stearns (NYSE: BSC) in the open market on 3/24, basically giving JPM the vote to approve the deal. JPM bought the 11.5M shares at $12.2369. This gives them 44.86% of the vote. JPM hopes to own as much as 49.5%.
