After-Hours Movers 4/15: Intel (INTC) Up on Results, CV Therapeutics (CVTX) Higher After Selling Drug Rights

Source Interlink Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: SORC) 36% HIGHER; reports Q EPS of $0.20, versus $0.18 last year. Revenues for the quarter rose 47.3% to $706.4 million, versus the consensus of $602.5 million.
CV Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVTX) 20% HIGHER; announced that TPG-Axon Capital has agreed to pay CV Therapeutics up to $185 million in exchange for rights to 50 percent of CV Therapeutics' royalty on North American sales of Lexiscan(TM) (regadenoson) injection.
Badger Meter (NYSE: BMI) 13.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.41, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenues for the quarter came in at $68.42 million, versus the consensus of $58.74 million.
Intel Corporation (Nasdaq: INTC) 7.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.25, or $0.29 ex-items, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenues for the quarter came in at $9.67 billion, versus the consensus of $9.63 billion Sees Q2 revs of $9-$9.6 billion, versus the consensus of $9.23 billion. Sees Q2 gross margin of 56 percent plus or minus a couple of points.
CSX Corporation (NYSE: CSX) 2.1% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.85, with 5 cents in items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.74. Revenues for the quarter came in at $2.7 billion, versus the consensus of $2.63 billion. Reflecting the company's strong first quarter performance and the underlying strength of its business, CSX is now targeting the upper end of its previously announced 2008 EPS guidance of $3.40 - $3.60 on a comparable basis.
Linear Technology (Nasdaq: LLTC) 2% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.44, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenues for the quarter came in at $297.9 million, versus the consensus of $297.04 million.
Seagate (NYSE: STX) 1.6% LOWER; reports Q3 adj-EPS of $0.70, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenues for the quarter came in at $3.1 billion, versus the consensus of $3.25 billion. The company expects to report revenue of $2.85 - $3.0 billion, and EPS ex-items of $0.41 - $0.45 The consensus is $3.11 billion and $0.57, respectively
WaMu (NYSE: WM) 1.4% LOWER; announced a first quarter 2008 net loss of $1.14 billion, or $1.40 per diluted share (Consensus was loss of $1.05), compared with the fourth quarter net loss of $1.87 billion, or $2.19 per diluted share, and net income of $784 million, or $0.86 per diluted share, during the first quarter of 2007.
