InterMune Inc. (NASDAQ: ITMN) 63% HIGHER; A panel meeting of the Food and Drug Administration resulted in a recommendation for approval of a proposed lung drug from Intermune.

ExlService (NASDAQ: EXLS) 8.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.25, 13 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter was $59.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $48.25 million. Sees FY10 revs of $225 - $230 million, versus the consensus of $219.35 million.

Analogic (NASDAQ: ALOG) 6% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.29, 15 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter was $103.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $94.74 million.

EQT Corporation (NYSE: EQT) 5.6% LOWER; intends to offer 12,500,000 shares of its common stock through an underwritten offering. The common stock will be offered pursuant to an effective registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase a maximum of 1,875,000 additional shares of its common stock.

Boston Beer Co (NYSE: SAM) 4.5% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.52, versus the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter was $107.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $110.83 million. Sees FY10 EPS of $2.35 - $2.65, versus $2.47 consensus.

AeroVironment (NASDAQ: AVAV) 4.3% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.30, versus the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter was $60.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $73 million. Sees FY10 sales of $245 million, +/- $5 million, versus the consensus of $290 million.

ACADIA Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACAD) 3.7% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.23, 4 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter was $1.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $2.5 million.

Flow (NASDAQ: FLOW) 3.7% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.01, versus the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter was $45.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $44.13 million.

Jamba, Inc. (NASDAQ: JMBA) 3.6% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.23, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.15). Revenue for the quarter was $50.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $52.18 million. Comps down 5.3%.

Micromet, Inc. (Nasdaq: MITI) 3.6% LOWER; is offering to sell, subject to market and other conditions, 10 million shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering. In connection with the offering, the Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1.5 million shares of common stock from the Company. All of the shares in the offering are being offered by Micromet.

NCI Building Systems Inc. (NYSE: NCS) 2.5% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.99, ex-items. Revenue for the quarter was $182.89 million, versus $260.36 million in Q109.

Equity One, Inc. (NYSE: EQY) 2.5% LOWER; announced today that it will issue and sell 4.2 million shares of its common stock in a public offering. Citi is acting as sole book running manager for the offering. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for the repayment of outstanding mortgage debt and general corporate purposes. The Company will grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 630,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.

Assured Guaranty Ltd. (NYSE: AGO) 2.2% LOWER; announced that it has commenced a secondary public offering of 16,400,000 AGL common shares owned by Dexia SA.
