Microvision Inc. (Nasdaq: MVIS) 12.6% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.11, inline with the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter was $971,000, which compares to the estimate of $1.12 million.
Hoku Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOKU) 12% HIGHER; Hoku Materials, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hoku Scientific established to manufacture and sell polysilicon for the solar market, today announced that it received the second tranche of $30 million for a total loan amount of $50 million from Tianwei New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd., a leading provider of silicon wafers, photovoltaic cells, modules and systems. Hoku also confirmed receipt of $4 million in polysilicon prepayments on March 1, 2010, from Solarfun Power Hong Kong Limited, pursuant to its polysilicon sales agreement with Hoku. Hoku reported that the aggregate cash proceeds of $54 million will be used to pay down past due vendor balances and liens, and to continue engineering, procurement, and construction activities at its polysilicon plant in Pocatello, Idaho.
Systemax Inc. (NYSE: SYX) 10.4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.46 ex-items, 13 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter was $938.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $837.14 million.
Force Protection (NASDAQ: FRPT) 10.1% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.27, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter was $289 million, which compares to the estimate of $279.10 million.
TIB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: TIBB) 9% HIGHER; reports a Q4 loss of $3.09 per share vs. consensus for $0.46 loss. (NOTE - Only 1 analyst covers stock)

ImmunoGen, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN) 5.4% HIGHER; announced that the FDA has granted orphan drug designation to its IMGN901 compound when used for the treatment of Merkel cell carcinoma. Through a separate process, the European Union Committee for Orphan Medicinal Products concurrently also granted IMGN901 orphan medicinal product designation for the treatment of MCC.
WuXi PharmaTech (Cayman) Inc. (NYSE: WX) 4.9% LOWER; reports Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $0.22, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter was $73.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $74.54 million.
Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUSQ) 3.6% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced a public offering of approximately $300 million of its common stock and that Susquehanna Capital Trust II has commenced a public offering of approximately $50 million aggregate liquidation amount of cumulative trust preferred securities.
General Growth Properties (NYSE: GGP) 3% HIGHER; Fairholme Capital, Pershing Square said to jointly invest $3.93 billion in cash in GGP. According to a Bloomberg article, this investment would be combined with a $2.63 billion investment from Brookfield Asset Management. Sources have said that the new plan is currently being considered by General Growth's Board and could be announced as soon as today.
Casey's General (NASDAQ: CASY) 3% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.34, 2 cents below the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter was $1.11 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.13 billion.
