DivX (NASDAQ: DIVX) 15% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.07, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter was $20.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $18.08 million.

Comtech Telecom (NASDAQ: CMTL) 13.6% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.51, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter was $171.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $184.62 million. Sees FY10 EPS of $1.85-$1.95, versus the consensus $2.26, on sales of $740-$760 million. The Street is looking for annual sales of $839.5 million.

PetSmart (NASDAQ: PETM) 9.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.61, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter was $1.41 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.40 billion. 1.5%. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.40-$0.44, versus the consensus of $0.38. Sees FY11 EPS of $1.73-$1.83, versus the consensus of $1.68.

Zumiez Inc. (NASDAQ: ZUMZ) 8.8% HIGHER; today announced that total net sales for the four-week period ended February 27, 2010 increased 19.6% to $27.6 million, compared to $23.1 million for the four-week period ended February 28, 2009. The company's comparable store sales increased 11.2% for the four-week period, versus a comparable store sales decrease of 13.4% in the year ago period.

Quaker Chemical Corporation (NYSE: KWR) 8.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.71, compared to a loss of $0.26 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $131.7 million, vs. the $116.2 million reported in Q408.

Darling Intl (NYSE: DAR) 7.5% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.11, versus the analyst estimate of $0.17 and compared to a loss of $0.17 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $149.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $163.18 million.

Sigma Designs (NASDAQ: SIGM) 6.9% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.37, 27 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter was $68.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $52.72 million.

Take-Two (NASDAQ: TTWO) 5.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 loss of $0.31, 20 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.51). Revenue for the quarter was $163.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $127 million. Cutting 15% of corporate head count. Sees Q2 EPS $0.20 - $0.30, versus $0.07 consensus. Sees Q210 sales $250 - $300 million, versus $267 million consensus. Raises FY10 loss to $0.40 - $0.60, versus ($0.56) consensus. Raise Fy10 sales to $725 - $925 million, versus $844 million consensus.

Coldwater Creek (NASDAQ: CWTR) 5.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.10, 1 cents below the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter was $318.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $311.98 million. The Company expects to report a loss in the first quarter of fiscal 2010, however, it expects an improvement over the $0.08 loss per share in the first quarter of fiscal 2009. Sees FY10 EPS of $0.08-$0.12, versus the consensus of $0.00.

Home Inns & Hotels Management Inc. (NASDAQ: HMIN) 4.6% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.21, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter was $102.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $94.89 million. Sees FY10 revs growth of 18 - 20%. Consensus sees revs of $452.46 million. Sees Q110 revs of $95.2 - $98.2 million, compared to the consensus of $90.99 million.

Cbeyond, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBEY) 4.1% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.03, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter was $107.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $109.32 million. Sees FY10 sales growth 10 - 13%.

Bell Microproducts Inc. (Nasdaq: BELM) 3.6% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.28, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter was $837 million, which compares to the estimate of $835 million. Sees Q1 sales of $780-$815 million, versus the consensus of $809.95 million.

Santarus Inc. (NASDAQ: SNTS) 2.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.40, 19 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter was $62.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $51.02 million. Sees FY10 sales $170 - $175 million, versus $163.5 million consensus.

Altra Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AIMC) 2.5% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.14, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter was $11.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $106.80 million. Sees FY10 EPS $0.55 - $0.60, versus $0.69 consensus. And sees FY10 sales of $450 - $465 million, versus $468.59 million consensus.

Altera (Nasdaq: ALTR) 2.4% LOWER; raises its sequential Q1 sales growth guidance from 5-10% to 7-10%.
