Multi FineLine Electronix Inc. (Nasdaq: MFLX) 44% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.54, 40 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenues for the quarter were $184.1 million, versus the consensus of $175.26 million.

FormFactor Inc. (Nasdaq: FORM) 25% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.36, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenues for the quarter were $120.5 million, versus the consensus of $126.05 million. Negative guidance.

JDS Uniphase (Nasdaq: JDSU) 20% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.22, 10 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenues for the quarter were $399.2 million, versus the consensus of $386.39 million. Sees Q3 revs of $380 to $402 million, versus the consensus of $390.2 million.

Penson Worldwide (Nasdaq: PNSN) 19% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.39, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenues for the quarter were $75.6 million, versus the consensus of $68.27 million.

USANA Health Sciences (Nasdaq: USNA) 17% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.67, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenues for the quarter were $108.7 million, versus the consensus of $109.65 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.63-$0.66, versus the consensus of $0.72.

Travelzoo Inc. (Nasdaq: TZOO) 16% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.00, versus the consensus of $0.14. Revenues came in at $19.1M, versus the consensus of $20.2M

Ladish (Nasdaq: LDSH) 12% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.64, 14 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenues for the quarter were $108.3 million, versus the consensus of $106 million.

Riverbed Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: RVBD) 11% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.20, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenues for the quarter were $76.3 million, versus the consensus of $71.14 million.

Blackboard, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBBB) 9% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.25, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenues for the quarter were $63.2 million, versus the consensus of $62.61 million. Q1 revenue guidance $64-$66 million versus consensus of $64.6 million. 2008 full year revenue guidance $306-$314 million versus consensus $281.4 million.

Manhattan Associates (Nasdaq: MANH) 8.7% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.37, 2 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenues for the quarter were $85 million, versus the consensus of $88.62 million. Sees FY08 EPS of $1.47 to $1.53, versus the consensus of $1.51.

The Cheesecake Factory (Nasdaq: CAKE) 6.5% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.22, 4 cents below analyst estimates of $0.26. Revenues for the quarter were $406.3 million, versus the consensus of $412.98 million. Same store sales down 0.6% at Cheesecake Factory. Revenue growth in 2008 between 10%-12% and earnings growth between 10-15%.

Bankrate, Inc. (Nasdaq: RATE) 5% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.33, 6 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenues for the quarter were $25.2 million, versus the consensus of $26.83 million. Sees FY08 revs of $167 to $172 million, versus the consensus of $142.8 million.

Walt Disney (NYSE: DIS) 5% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.63, 11 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenues for the quarter were $10.45 billion, versus the consensus of $10.04 billion.

Rio Tinto (NYSE: RTP) 4% HIGHER; BHP Billiton (NYSE: BHP) announced an offer for Rio Tinto (NYSE: RTP), providing 3.4 shares of BHP for each Rio Tinto share.
