GT Solar International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOLR) 12.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.30, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter was $205.2 million, versus the consensus of $ 194.57million. Sees Q4 sales of $140-$170 million, versus the consensus of $200.32 million, with non-GAAP EPS of $0.16-$0.22, versus the Street estimate of $0.24. For FY09, sales are expected to be in the range of $540-$570 million, versus the consensus of $592.15 million, with EPS of $0.68-$0.74, versus the consensus of $0.72.

Vascular Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: VASC) 9.6% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.10, 3 cents below the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $16.4 million, versus the consensus of $16.49 million.

Ikanos Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: IKAN) 9.3% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.08, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.14). Revenue for the quarter was $22.8 million, versus the consensus of $21.80 million. Sees Q1 revenues $20M to $22M versus $19.6 million.

Walt Disney (NYSE: DIS) 7.8% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.41, ex-items, 10 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter was $9.6 billion, versus the consensus of $10.07 billion.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: AJG) 7.4% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.12, compared to $0.37 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $412.1 million, versus the consensus of $440.53 million.

Bally Technologies Inc. (NYSE: BYI) 6.9% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.59, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter was $233.3 million, versus the consensus of $244.98 million. The Company also narrowed its fiscal 2009 guidance for Diluted EPS to $2.15 to $2.35, from an earlier range of $2.15 to $2.45. (Consensus is $2.25)

Electronic Arts (Nasdaq: ERTS) 6% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.56, versus the analyst estimate of $0.88. Revenue for the quarter was $1.65 billion, versus the consensus of $1.90 billion. ERTS also lowered its FY09 guidance to a loss of $0.35 per share, versus the consensus of a profit of $0.60. Sees FY09 revenues of $4.2-$4.25 billion, versus the consensus of $4.66 billion. Electronic Arts sees FY10 EPS of $1, versus the consensus of $1.09. Electronic Arts also announced that it will cut 11% of its workforce.

Illumina, Inc. (Nasdaq: ILMN) 4.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.31, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter was $160.9 million, versus the consensus of $154.61 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.23-$0.26, versus the consensus of $0.19 and revs of $158-$164 million, versus the Street estimate of $1.606. For FY09, EPS of $1.10-$1.20, versus the consensus of 40.88 and revs of $690-$720 million, versus the consensus of $707 million.

Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (NYSE: ANH) 4.7% LOWER; announced today it plans to make a public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock. Anworth has granted the underwriters an option, exercisable for 30 days, to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. Anworth expects to use all of the net proceeds from this offering to acquire agency mortgage-backed securities.

Advent Software (Nasdaq: ADVS) 4.2% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.23, 9 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter was $74.4 million, versus the consensus of $68.51 million. Sees Q1 revenues between $68-$70 million vs. $68.04 million. Sees FY09 revenues between $280-$290 million vs. $288.59 million.

Alliance Data (NYSE: ADS) 4.2% HIGHER; reports adjusted Q4 EPS of $1.19, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.16. Revenue for the quarter was $508 million, versus the consensus of $527.85 million. The Company expects to report 2009 revenue of approximately $2.1 billion and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $680 million. On a constant currency basis, the consolidated results for the Company suggest revenue of approximately $2.2 billion, or 10 percent growth, and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $704 million, or 8 percent growth. (Consensus is $2.12B) The Company reiterates guidance, which calls for cash earnings per share of $5.15-$5.20 and remains unchanged from the guidance given during our third quarter earnings call in October 2008. (Consensus is $5.07)

Asyst Technologies (Nasdaq: ASYT) 3.6% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.10, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter was $83.0 million, versus the consensus of $75.33 million. (only 1 analyst covers the stock) For Q4, ASYT sees: Consolidated net sales are expected to be in the range of $65 to $75 million vs. consensus of $77.93 million. Non-GAAP net loss is expected to be in the range of $0.15 to $0.19 per share vs. consensus for $0.11 loss.

Riverbed Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: RVBD) 3.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.19, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter was $92 million, versus the consensus of $90.22 million.

Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM) 2.9% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.46, ex-items, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter was $3.38 billion, versus the consensus of $3.38 billion. Sees FY09 EPS of at least $2.10, versus the consensus of $2.08. Q1 adj-EPS are expected to be down.
