Autodesk (Nasdaq: ADSK) 11% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.52, ex-items, 2 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenues for the quarter were $599 million, versus the consensus of $581.5 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.46-$0.48, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.52. FY08 EPS of $2.15-$2.25, versus $2.24.

BTU International Inc. (Nasdaq: BTUI) 9% LOWER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.10 per share, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.09. Revenues came in at $18.3 million, versus the consensus of $18.2 million. Sees Q1 revenues of $15.8-$16.8 million, versus the consensus of $18.7 million (one analyst).

eResearch Technology Inc (NASDAQ:ERES) 7.8% HIGHER; Q4 EPS $0.10, 2 cents better than analysts estimates. Revenues $28.9 million versus $28.6 million. Sees full year $42-$46 million versus $42 million.

Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) 7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.77, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenues for the quarter were $578.1 million, versus the consensus of $536.6 million. Sees FY08 EPS of $3.28-$3.30, versus the consensus of $3.20.

Maxwell Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: MXWL) 6.5% HIGHER; reports a Q4 loss of $0.04, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.21). Revenues for the quarter were $17 million, versus the consensus of $15.2 million.

DreamWorks Animation SKG (NYSE: DWA) 5% HIGHER; reports 91 cents ex-items versus consensus of 72 cents. Revenues $290.2 million versus $276.8 million.

S1 Corp. (Nasdaq: SONE) 4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.11, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenues for the quarter were $53.4 million, versus the consensus of $52.9 million. Sees FY08 EPS of $0.37-$0.40, versus the consensus of $0.36. Revs for the FY08 are expected to be $216-$220 million, versus the consensus of $219 million.

Aruba Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARUN) 3% HIGHER; reports Q2 adj-EPS of $0.01, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenues for the quarter were $40.6 million, versus the consensus of $41.6 million. The Company also announced a $10 million buyback.

Sotheby's (NYSE: BID) 3% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.55, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.47. Revenues for the quarter were $345.8 million, versus the consensus of $337.7 million.
