Rick's Cabaret International Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) 13.8% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.09, 4 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $20 million, which compares to the estimate of $19.32 million. Same store sales rose 14.5%.

Bioanalytical Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: BASI) 10.2% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.30, compared to $0.32 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $6.4 million, versus $8.1 million in Q109.

Pacer International Inc. (NASDAQ: PACR) 9.9% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.29, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.04), and a loss of $1.83 for Q408. Revenue for the quarter was $420.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $368.79 million.

Tucows Inc. (NYSE: TCX) 8.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.03, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter was $20.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $20.64 million. Announces a $10 million buyback program.

Whole Foods Market (NASDAQ: WFMI) 7.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.32, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter was $2.6 billion, which compares to the estimate of $2.60 billion. Same store sales rose 3.5%. Raises its sales outlook for FY10 to up 8.5-10.5% and to up 3.5-5.5% from same store sales.

La-Z-Boy Inc. (NYSE: LZB) 7.3% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.21, 12 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter was $305.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $275.6 million. Comps up 3.9%.

Photronics (NASDAQ: PLAB) 6% HIGHER; reports Q1 adj-EPS of $0.01, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter was $98.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $94.67 million.

Valmont (NYSE: VMI) 6% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.14, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.09. Revenue for the quarter was $398.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $425.96 million.

InnerWorkings, Inc. (NASDAQ: INWK) 5.7% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter was $107.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $109.75 million.

Rackspace Hosting, Inc (NYSE: RAX) 4.4% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.07, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter was $169.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $168.4 million.

ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq: VCLK) 4.2% LOWER; reports Q4 adj-EPS of $0.25, 9 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter was $110.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $132.41 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.15-$0.16, versus the consensus of $0.16, on sales of $93-$97 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $129.2 million.

GSI Commerce Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIC) 3.2% LOWER; today announced that QK Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of QVC Inc., which is a subsidiary of Liberty Media Corporation attributed to its Interactive Group (Nasdaq: LINTA), has agreed to sell 9,248,968 shares of GSI common stock in a registered underwritten offering.

Winn-Dixie Stores (NASDAQ: WINN) 3% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.04, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.16).

Masimo Corporation (NASDAQ: MASI) 2.6% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.23, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter was $80.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $90.0 million. Sees FY10 $1.27 - $1.33, versus $1.05 consensus. FY10 sales $390 - $405 million, versus $399.7 million consensus.

FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI) 2.4% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.75, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.74. Revenue for the quarter was $1.2 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.09 billion. Sees FY10 EPS of $2.45-$2.65, versus the consensus of $2.51.

Portfolio Recovery Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRAA) 2.1% LOWER; today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 1,000,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with the offering, Portfolio Recovery Associates will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 150,000 shares of its common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
