Array BioPharma Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY) 8% HIGHER; reports Q2 loss of $0.44, 11 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.55). Revenue for the quarter was $9.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $6.70 million.

Crown Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK) 7.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.27, ex-items, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter was $1.92 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.96 billion.

Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc. (NYSE: CDR) 7.1% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to a shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which became effective on December 1, 2008. A preliminary prospectus supplement and a final prospectus supplement relating to the offering will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

ICU Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICUI) 5.2% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.50, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter was $69.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $64.46 million. Sees FY10 EPS $1.80-$1.90, versus the consensus $1.98. Sees FY10 revenues of $265-$275 million, versus the consensus of $270.7 million.

Advent Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADVS) 5.1% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.28, versus the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter was $66 million, which compares to the estimate of $65.90 million. Sees Q1 sales of $65-$67 million, versus the consensus of $67.8 million.

Seneca Foods Corporation (Nasdaq: SENEA) 4.5% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $1.52 vs. consensus of $0.89. Excluding a non-cash after-tax LIFO charge of $2.6 million and $11.3 million, net earnings per diluted share were $1.73 and $2.05 during the quarters ended December 26, 2009 and December 27, 2008, respectively. Sales decreased 3.5% to $447.0 million vs. consensus of $430.12 million.

Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (NYSE: SXL) 3.9% LOWER; announced the commencement of a public offering of 2,200,000 common units owned by its general partner, Sunoco Partners LLC, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunoco, Inc. The underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to 330,000 additional common units.

Local.com Corporation (NASDAQ: LOCM) 3.6% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.13, 3 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $16.4 million vs. $15.41 million consensus. The company expects first quarter 2010 revenue of $17.2 million to $17.5 million vs. consensus of $16.39M. For fiscal 2010, the company expects revenues to be approximately $75 million vs. $71.29 million consensus.

ONEOK Partners, L.P. (NYSE: OKS) 3.4% LOWER; today announced a public offering of 5 million of its common units, representing limited partner interests, subject to market and other conditions. The units will be offered by ONEOK Partners pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Hologic (NASDAQ: HOLX) 3.3% HIGHER; reports Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.29, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter was $412.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $403.74 million.

ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq: VCLK) 3.3% HIGHER; today announced the divestiture of the Web Clients promotional lead generation business. The divestiture is a continuation of the Company's strategy to focus on growing its core online marketing services and technology businesses through organic initiatives and acquisitions. Spherion Corporation (NYSE: SFN) 3% HIGHER; today announced the acquisition of Tatum, LLC (Tatum), a leading executive services firm focused on the office of the CFO. Total consideration for the transaction is $46 million, comprised of $11 million in Spherion stock and the remainder in cash and assumed liabilities.

Rent-A-Center (NASDAQ: RCII) 3% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.66, 10 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter was $672.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $665.52 million. Raises its FY10 EPS guidance to $2.35-$2.55, versus the consensus of $2.37.

Navarre (NASDAQ: NAVR) 3% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.20, versus the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter was $133.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $157.31 million. Lowers FY10 sales guidance to $500-$525 million, versus the consensus of $532 million.
