Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) 17.6% HIGHER; has agreed to sell its Eastman Gelatine Corporation business to Rousselot, part of the Vion Food Group. Financial details were not disclosed. Subject to customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to close within 30 days.

China Direct Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: CDII) 17% HIGHER; reports FY11 EPS of $0.26, versus ($0.11) reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $187.8 million, compared to $112.7 million in FY10.

Rambus Inc. (Nasdaq: RMBS) 11.5% HIGHER; has signed a patent license agreement with Broadcom Corporation (Nasdaq: BRCM). This agreement covers the use of Rambus patented innovations in a broad range of integrated circuit (IC) products offered by Broadcom. In addition, the two companies have settled all outstanding claims, including resolution of past use of Rambus' patented innovations.

Calamp Corp. (NASDAQ: CAMP) 5% LOWER; reported Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.09, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $32.25 million. Calamp Corp. sees Q4 2011 EPS of $0.06-$0.10, versus the consensus of $0.04. Calamp Corp. sees Q4 2011 revenue of $34-$38 million, versus the consensus of $34.2 million.

Christopher & Banks Corp. (NYSE: CBK) 4.2% LOWER; reported Q3 adj-loss of $0.45, vs. the analyst estimate of ($0.50). Revenue for the quarter came in at $123.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $123.95 million.
