After-Hours Movers 12/17: Take-Two (TTWO) Sinks on Results/Guidance; SL Green Realty (SLG) Up On S&P 400 Nod

Take-Two Interactive Software (Nasdaq: TTWO) 16% LOWER; reports Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $0.02, 3 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter was $323.4 million, versus the consensus of $325.77 million. Sees Q1 sales of $175-$225 million and a non-GAAP loss of $0.70-$0.85. The Street is currently expecting Q1 sales of $317.62 million and EPS of $0.22. For FY09, Take-Two sees sales of $1.1-$1.25 billion, versus the consensus of $1.39 billion, and non-GAAP EPS of $0.00-$0.20, versus the Street estimate of $1.26
Atheros Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATHR) 8% LOWER; now expects fourth quarter revenue to range between $95 million and $100 million, a decline of 28 to 31 percent from the company's record revenue of $138.1 million in the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2008. The company's previous guidance for the fourth quarter ending Dec. 31, 2008 was for revenue to be flat to down 5 percent from third quarter revenue
FormFactor, Inc. (Nasdaq: FORM) 8% LOWER; now expects fourth quarter revenue to be between $37 to $41 million, lower than the previous expectation of $48 to $55 million and the consensus of $52.5 million. FormFactor also said earnings per share, operating expenses and gross margins will be below the guidance previously communicated.
Hub Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: HUBG) 7% LOWER; expects full year 2008 earnings to be in the range of $1.56 to $1.61 per diluted share. Previous earnings guidance for the year had been $1.65 to $1.70 per diluted share.
MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. (NYSE: WFR) 7% LOWER; lowers its Q4 sales guidance from about $500 million to $400-$425 million, versus the consensus of $493 million.
Nordson (Nasdaq: NDSN) 4% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.80, ex-items, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter was $298 million, versus the consensus of $288.66 million. Sees Q1 sales down 20-25% versus the same period last year. GAAP EPS for the quarter are expected to be $0.27-$0.38.
Nike (NYSE: NKE) 2.6% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.80, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.78. Revenue for the quarter was $4.6 billion, versus the consensus of $4.69 billion.
SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) 2.4% HIGHER; to take Foundry Network's place in the S&P MidCap 400.
Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISSI) INDICATED LOWER; announced that it now expects revenue in the December quarter to be in the range of $33 million to $36 million. The company's previous guidance was for revenue in the range of $45 million to $53 million. The Wall Street consensus is $48.11 million.
