Orthofix has lowered its Q4 EPS guidance from 59-62c to 39-42c, which compares to the Street estimate of 61c. The company said the lowered guidance is the result of charges totaling 20c per share related to both the reorganization and the settlement. Orthofix also revised its Q4 and FY10 sales guidance to $142-$144 million and $562.6-$564.6 million, respectively. The company previously guided Q4 sales to $144-$148 million. The Street is looking for Q4 sales of $146.04 million and FY10 sales of $566.62 million.
