EMCORE Corporation (EMKR) 9.6% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.17, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter was $40.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $39.8 million. Sees Q110 revs of $41 - $43 million, versus $40.6 consensus.
G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. (Nasdaq: GIII) 7.2% LOWER; intends to offer shares of its common stock in a public offering. Piper Jaffray & Co. is acting as the sole book-running manager, with Lazard Capital Markets acting as co-lead manager of the offering. Brean Murray, Carret & Co. and KeyBanc Capital Markets are acting as co-managers.
Retail Ventures, Inc. (NYSE: RVI) 4.4% HIGHER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.28 compared to a $0.30 profit in Q3 of last year. Revenues were $444.6 million compared to $391.4 million for the quarter ended November 1, 2008. On April 21, 2009, Retail Ventures sold all of the outstanding capital stock of Filene's Basement to FB II Acquisition Corp., a newly formed entity owned by Buxbaum Holdings, Inc. On May 4, 2009, Filene's Basement filed for bankruptcy protection. DSW same store sales increased 8.7% during the third quarter of fiscal 2009 versus a decrease of 4.1% last year.
EZchip Semiconductor Ltd. (NASDAQ: EZCH) 4% LOWER; today announced that it commenced a public offering of 3,863,050 of its ordinary shares. Of such shares, 712,618 ordinary shares are being offered by EZchip and 3,150,432 ordinary shares are being offered by the "Selling Shareholders", which consists of funds affiliated with Goldman, Sachs & Co. and JK&B Capital. In addition, Jefferies & Company, Inc., the exclusive underwriter for the offering, will also have an option to purchase from the Selling Shareholders and EZchip up to an additional 15% of the total offered shares to cover over-allotments, if any, within 30 days at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYCC) 4% LOWER; was notified by the NASDAQ Staff that the Company does not comply with the minimum $10 million stockholders' equity requirement set forth in NASDAQ Listing Rule 5450(b)(1)(A) and that the Company's securities are subject to delisting from The Nasdaq Global Market unless the Company requests a hearing before a NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel.

Moody's (NYSE: MCO) 2.2% HIGHER; today announced that its Board approved a 5% increase in its quarterly dividend from $0.10 to $0.105 per common share, payable March 10, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 20, 2010. The dividend yield moves from 1.54% to 1.62%.
The Boston Beer Company, Inc. (NYSE: SAM) 1.5% HIGHER; now projects full year 2009 earnings per diluted share of between $2.05 and $2.35. The Company previously provided an estimate of full year 2009 earnings per diluted share of between $1.75 and $2.05.
WPCS International Incorporated (Nasdaq: WPCS) 1.3% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.05, 3 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter was $24.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $28 million. Reaffirms FY10 outlook.
Casey's (Nasdaq: CASY) 1.1% HIGHER; reported November same store gasoline sales fell 3.8%, prepared food/fountain sales rose 2.7% and grocery and other merchandise sales rose 3%.
