International Assets Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: IAAC) 14% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.18, versus ($0.18) reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $65.9 million, compared to $13.4 million in Q309.
Nevada Gold & Casinos Inc. (AMEX: UWN) 9.9% HIGHER; reports Q2 loss of $0.02, versus ($0.03) reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $13.8 million, compared to $5.7 million in Q210.
SurModics (Nasdaq: SRDX) 5.9% HIGHER; to explore strategic alternatives including a potential sale.
Boston Beer (NYSE: SAM) 5.1% HIGHER; raises its FY10 EPS guidance from $2.85-$3.15 to $3.30-$3.60, which compares to the Street estimate of $3.20. Sees FY11 EPS of about $3.95, vs. the consensus of $3.53. The company said the increase in FY10 outlook is primarily due to increased shipment volumes and the timing of certain SG&A expenses.
First Solar (Nasdaq: FSLR) 3.9% HIGHER; sees Fy11 EPS of $8.75-$9.50, on sales of $3.7-$3.9 billion. The Street is currently looking for FY11 EPS of $8.60 on sales of $3.63 billion.
Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE: LXP) 3.7% LOWER; announces a 10 million common share offering.
Invesco Mortgage Capital (NYSE: IVR) 3.5% LOWER; plans to make a public offering of 8,700,000 shares of its common stock. The Company will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,305,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments. The company also declared a 97c/share quarterly dividend, which is down from the $1/share quarter dividend declared last quarter.
Rick's Cabaret International Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) 2.5% HIGHER; reports FY10 loss of $0.81, versus $0.58 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter came in at $83 million, versus the consensus estimate of $81.33 million.
Dynamex (Nasdaq: DDMX) 2.2% LOWER; Transforce says it will acquire Dynamex for $25/share in cash. Today's offer from Transforce tops a prior bid made by Greenbriar Equity Group at $21.25/share.
Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBST) 2.2% LOWER; now anticipates 2010 total net revenues in the range of $634 to $640 Million, reflecting the new guidance range for 2010 U.S. net product revenues of $598 to $605 Million. Guidance for 2010 international revenues is unchanged, at around $25 Million. The consensus is calling for revenue of $647.61 million.
