Genoptix (Nasdaq: GXDX) 16.8% HIGHER; shares are on the moving in after-hours trading following a Bloomberg report which rumors that the company has hired Barclays in order look for strategic buyers.

Lannett Company, Inc. (AMEX: LCI) 8.9% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer its common stock in a registered public offering pursuant to its existing shelf registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933. Lannett also intends to grant the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. Oppenheimer & Co. and Roth Capital Partners are acting as co-book running managers for the offering.

Landec (Nasdaq: LNDC) 6.1% LOWER; cuts its FY11 outlook: EPS move from 36-41c to 34-36c, which compares to the Street estimate of 38c.

Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYSE: DX) 4.8% LOWER; commences 5 million common share offering. Underwriters have been granted a 30-day window for the acquisition of up to 750,000 additional shares to cover over-allotments, if any.

Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYSE: DX) 4.8% LOWER; plans to offer 5,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company also plans to grant the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock. JMP Securities LLC is the sole bookrunner for the offering and Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc. is a co-manager for the offering.

International Coal Group, Inc. (NYSE: ICO) 4.3% LOWER; announced today that affiliates of each of WL Ross & Co. and Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited commenced an offering of 12,268,700 and 22,577,800 shares of the Company's common stock, respectively.

Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE: AHT) 3.6% LOWER; announced a public offering of 7.5 million shares of its common stock.

Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ) 3.2% LOWER; announces a 7.5 million offering of its common units, representing limited-partner interests.

Greenbrier (NYSE: GBX) 2.8% LOWER; announces a public offering for up to 3 million shares of its common stock.

Hexcel (NYSE: HXL) 1.6% LOWER; said it expects to report FY11 adj-EPS of 90-98c, on sales of $1.225-$1.3 billion. The Street is currently looking for FY11 EPS of 98c on sales of $1.29 billion.

Baxter International Inc. (NYSE: BAX) 1% HIGHER; announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a share repurchase authorization of up to $2.5 billion of the company’s common stock.
