Cheniere Energy, Inc. (AMEX: LNG) 8.5% LOWER; has agreed to sell 33,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering under an effective shelf registration statement. The underwriter will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 4,950,000 additional common shares from Cheniere to cover any over-allotments.
Avon Products, Inc. (NYSE: AVP) 5.9% HIGHER; reports that in 2012 the company will separate the roles of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The company said that Andrea Jung, Avon's Chairman and CEO, will be named Executive Chairman, and that a committee of the Board of Directors will work with Ms. Jung to undertake an external search for a Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Jung will continue to serve in her dual roles throughout the recruitment process and will work closely with the new CEO to assure a successful transition.

ABM Industries, Inc. (NYSE: ABM) 3.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.37, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.08 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.08 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.40-$1.50, versus the consensus of $1.49.
FormFactor (Nasdaq: FORM) 2.7% LOWER; cuts its Q4 sales guidance from $30-$34 million to $28-$31 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $31.87 million. The company cites the challenging DRAM pricing environment and softening demand for probe cards.
