Christopher & Banks Corp. (NYSE: CBK) 16.4% HIGHER; reports preliminary Q3 EPS of $0.19-$0.21, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Same store sales for the quarter fell 8.4%. Sees Q4 loss.
Esterline Technologies Corp. (NYSE: ESL) 4.6% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.18, 18 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.00. Revenue for the quarter was $394.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $374.10 million. FY10 EPS $3.20 - $3.45, versus $3.55 consensus.
Omega Flex, Inc. (NASDAQ: OFLX) 4% HIGHER; issued a press release, announcing a special dividend of $2.00 per share. The dividend is payable on December 24, 2009, to all shareholders of record as of December 21, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2009. Yield on the dividend is 12.1%.

National Semiconductor Corporation (NYSE: NSM) 2.2% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.20, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter was $345 million, which compares to the estimate of $336.69 million. Sees Q3 sales about unchanged vs. Q2.
Peerless Systems Corp. (Nasdaq: PRLS) 2% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.21, compared to a loss of $0.06 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $955,000, versus $1.6 million in Q309.
Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW) 1.5% LOWER; As a result of a $75 million nonrecurring tax benefit from a German tax audit settlement, the Company is now forecasting fourth quarter 2009 diluted income per share from continuing operations to be in a range of $0.69 to $0.81.
