After-Hours Movers 1/21: CHIC, NTGR, AAPL, FFIV Higher; DOX, PVH, EBAY, KOP, STX Lower

Charlotte Russe Holding, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHIC) 20% HIGHER; reported soft Q1 earnings after the close, but also announced that its Board is engaged in a process to evaluate strategic alternatives, including a possible sale of the Company.

NETGEAR, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTGR) 10.2% HIGHER; expects net revenue for the fourth quarter to be in the range of $155 million to $160 million. The consensus is $157.2 million. The Company expects non-GAAP operating margin for the fourth quarter to be in the range of 5.0% to 6.0%.

Amdocs Limited (NYSE: DOX) 10.1% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.35, versus the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter was $753.8 million, versus the consensus of $792.18 million. Sees Q2 sales of $700-$720 million, versus the consensus of $792.8 million and EPS of $0.47-$0.51, versus the Street estimate of $0.57.

Apple Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL) 8.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $1.78, versus the analyst estimate of $1.39. Revenue for the quarter was $10.1 billion, versus the consensus of $9.75 billion. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.90-$1.00, versus the consensus of $1.13 and revs of $7.6-$8 billion, versus the consensus of $8.2 billion.

F5 Networks (Nasdaq: FFIV) 8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.40, ex-items, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter was $165.6 million, versus the consensus of $166.35 million. Sees Q2 revs of $157-$164 million and non-GAAP EPS of $0.36-$0.38. The Street is estimating Q2 sales of $162.6 million and EPS of $0.37.

Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation (NYSE: PVH) 6% LOWER; announced today that it has initiated a series of actions to respond to the current economic conditions by restructuring certain of its operations and implementing a number of other cost reduction efforts. eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY) 5.9% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.41, ex-items, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter was $2.04 billion, versus the consensus of $2.12 billion. Sees Q1 revs of $1.8-$2.05 billion, versus the consensus of $2.1 billion and EPS of $0.32-$0.34, versus the Street estimate of $0.40.

Koppers Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KOP) 5.6% LOWER; lowers its expected FY08 adj-EPS growth from 37-41% to 25-29%.

Seagate Technology (NYSE: STX) 5.4% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of ($0.23), versus the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter was $2.3 billion, versus the consensus of $2.46 billion. Seagate sees Q3 revenue $1.6B to $2B versus consensus of $2.2 billion.

Actions Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ACTS) 4.7% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.01, 2 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter was $16.1 million, versus the consensus of $15.20 million. The board of directors approved an add-on share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to 12 million additional ADSs through December 31, 2010. Sees Q1 sales of $8-$11 million, versus the consensus of $11.58 million.
