Key Tronic Corp. (NASDAQ: KTCC) 24% HIGHER; updates guidance. The company sees Q210 revs of $42 - $44 million, versus $38 - $43 million prior. Also sees Q210 EPS of $0.10 - $0.13, up from $0.02 - $0.05 prior. There is no consensus for either estimate.

Sigma Designs, Inc. (Nasdaq: SIGM) 13% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.09, ex-items, 10 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter was $35.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $46.01 million.

Synopsys (NASDAQ: SNPS) 8.4% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.33, ex-items, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter was $338.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $339.43 million. Sees Q1 adj-EPS of $0.38-$0.40 on sales of $325-$333 million. The Street is currently looking for Q1 EPS and sales of $0.41 and $332.78 million, respectively. Sees Fy10 adj-EPS of $1.52-$1.62, versus the consensus of $1.68, on sales of $1.33-$1.35 billion, versus the Street estimate of $1.37 billion.

Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE: ARO) 7.3% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.92, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.91. Revenue for the quarter was $567.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $565.18 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $1.20-$1.24, versus the consensus of $1.22.

Collective Brands Inc (NYSE: PSS) 7.2% HIGHER; reports Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.61, versus the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter was $ 867 million, which compares to the estimate of $847.62 million. Same store sales up 3.1%.

SeaChange International (NASDAQ: SEAC) 5.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.11, ex-items, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter was $53 million, which compares to the estimate of $51.56 million. Sees Q4 adj-EPS of $0.09-$0.13, which compares to the Street estimate of $0.08. Sees FY11 sales of $225-$235 million, versus the consensus of $227.82 million.

Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. (NYSE: JAS) 4.2% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.90, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.89. Revenue for the quarter was $509.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $509.10 million. Same store sales rose 4.3%. Reaffirms outlook for FY10 EPS and same store sales.

Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (NASDAQ: VRTX) 2.2% LOWER; today announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, 10,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering under an effective shelf registration statement on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Vertex intends to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of its common stock.

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) 0.5% HIGHER; CNBC's Charlie Gasparino has reported that BofA will raise capital in order to pay back the $45 billion it owes taxpayers from the TARP.
