Mitel Networks Corporation (NASDAQ: MITL) 19% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.24, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $168.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $166.02 million.

Zumiez, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZUMZ) 11.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.45, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $154 million versus the consensus estimate of $153.06 million. Reports November same-store sales rose 8.4 percent, sharply better than an expected 3.1 percent. Q3 same-store sales rose 6 percent. Sees Q4 EPS 52-54c, vs. the consensus of 52c. See sales $174-$177 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $173.6 million. Sees same-store sales up mid single digit range.

Avago Tech (NASDAQ: AVGO) 4.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.73, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $623 million versus the consensus estimate of $620.8 million. Sees Q1 sales down 10-14 percent sequentially, and gross margin of about 47.5 percent, plus or minus 100 basis points.

Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE: ALEX) 4% HIGHER; today announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously approved a plan to pursue the separation of the Company to create two independent, publicly traded companies: A premier Hawaii-based land company (A&B) with interests in real estate development, commercial real estate and agriculture, which will retain the Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. name; and Matson, a market-leading ocean transportation company serving the U.S. West Coast, Hawaii, Guam, Micronesia and China, and a top ten domestic logistics company.

Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (NASDAQ: ULTA) 2.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.42, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $413.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $406.54 million. Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. sees Q4 2011 EPS of $0.62-$0.64, versus the consensus of $0.61. Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. sees Q4 2011 revenue of $552-$562 million, versus the consensus of $558.7 million.

H&R Block, Inc. (NYSE: HRB) 1.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.38), $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.34). Revenue for the quarter came in at $129.19 million, versus $119.59 million reported last year.

PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH) 1.1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.89, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $1.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $0 versus the consensus estimate of $1.62 billion. Sees Q4 2011 EPS of $1.03-$1.05, versus the consensus of $1.01. Sees Q4 2011 revenue of $1.467-$1.487 billion, versus the consensus of $1.49 billion.
