Dataram Corporation (NASDAQ: DRAM) 15.1% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $0.18, compared to ($0.04) in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $10.67 million, versus $7.06 million in Q209.

QAD (NASDAQ: QADI) 14.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.15, versus the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter was $56.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $53.80 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.13, versus the consensus of $0.03. Sees FY10 EPS of about $0.15, versus the Street estimate of $0.02.

J. Crew Group, Inc. (NYSE: JCG) 8.4% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.67, 9 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter was $414.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $407.99 million. Comps up 8%. Sees Q409 EPS of $0.37 - $0.42, versus $0.40 consensus.

Coldwater Creek (NASDAQ: CWTR) 7.5% LOWER; reports Q3 adj-loss of $0.04, 7 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter was $266.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $232.24 million.

Amtech Systems (NASDAQ: ASYS) 4.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.02, compared to a profit of $0.16 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $11.7 million, versus $26.8 million in Q308.
