After-Hours Movers 11/23: CNO, RMBS, NUAN, ADI Higher; HAYN, DY, DBLE, CISG, IPAR, KWR Lower
Haynes International Inc. (Nasdaq: HAYN) 7% LOWER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.25, versus the analyst estimate of a $0.12 loss. Revenue for the quarter was $438.6 million, which compares $637 million from last year. Haynes also announced that its Board of Directors initiates regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per outstanding share of the Company's common stock payable to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2009.
Dycom Industries (NYSE: DY) 6.1% LOWER; reports Q1 adj-EPS of $0.15, 2 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter was $259.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $269.29 million. Sees Q2 sales down sequentially, sees modest loss per share.
Double Eagle Petroleum Co. (NASDAQ: DBLE) 5.3% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to offer, from time to time, up to $200 million of common stock, debt securities, preferred stock, warrants, common stock purchase contracts, stock purchase units, or any combination thereof.
Cninsure Inc. (NASDAQ: CISG) 4.1% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.24, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter was $43.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $42.66 million. Sees Q409 revs growing by 26% and FY09 growth of 36%.
Conseco (NYSE: CNO) 3.8% HIGHER; John Paulson's Paulson & Co. has disclosed a 9.9% stake in Conseco, up from 1.95% at the quarter ended September 30. Paulson now is the second largest stakeholder of Conseco shares.
Rambus Inc. (NASDAQ: RMBS) 2.9% HIGHER; announced that Judge Richard A. Kramer of the San Francisco Superior Court has issued recommendations that the Rambus antitrust case against certain memory manufacturers and the Tessera Technologies (Nasdaq: TSRA) antitrust case against Hynix be coordinated and assigned to the San Francisco Superior Court.
Inter Parfums Inc. (Nasdaq: IPAR) 2.8% LOWER; sees FY10 EPS of $0.78, versus the consensus of $0.76, on sales of $440 million, versus the Street estimate of $401.51 million.
Quaker Chemical Corp. (NYSE: KWR) 2.6% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to $100 million of debt securities, preferred stock, depository shares, common stock, warrants, units, or any combination thereof.
Nuance Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUAN) 1.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.32, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter was $275.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $272.14 million.
Analog Devices Inc. (NYSE: ADI) 1.3% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.36, 10 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.. Revenue for the quarter was $572 million, which compares to the estimate of $522.8 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.36 to $0.37, versus the consensus of $0.28.
Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (NASDAQ: SBLK) 1.1% LOWER; reports Q3 adjusted-EPS of $0.20, 19 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter was $33.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $31.13 million.
