After-Hours Movers 11/18: DCI, CYBX, LTD Higher; JACK, NMM, AFFY, HOTT, SMTC, MVIS Lower
Jack in the Box (NASDAQ: JACK) 7.3% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.70, 15 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter was $540.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $549.49 million. Same Store Sales were down 6%. Sees Q1 comps down 10%, and FY10 comps down 3 - 10%.
Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (NYSE: NMM) 6.7% LOWER; plans to offer 4,000,000 common units representing limited partnership interests in a public offering. Navios Partners expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 600,000 common units to cover over-allotments, if any.
Affymax, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFFY) 6.4% LOWER; today announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Affymax expects to grant the underwriters a thirty-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any.
Hot Topic (NASDAQ: HOTT) 6% LOWER; reports Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.15, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $189.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $190.48 million. Sees Q409 EPS $0.23 - $0.26, versus $0.30 consensus. Sees Q4 comps down in high single digits.
Semtech (NASDAQ: SMTC) 5.8% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.19, ex-items, 2 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter was $75.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $72.50 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.15-$0.17, versus the consensus of $0.27. Sales for the quarter will be unchanged to up 4% from Q3.
Donaldson (NYSE: DCI) 5.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 adj-EPS of $0.45, ex-items, 11 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter was $428.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $423.18 million. Raises its FY10 EPS guidance to $1.75-$1.95, versus the consensus of $1.45.
Cyberonics (NASDAQ: CYBX) 5.5% HIGHER; reports Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.32, 12 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter was $40.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $39.85 million. Raises FY10 revs $159 - $162 million, versus $161.5 million consensus, and $157 - $161 million prior guidance.
Microvision, Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS) 5.2% LOWER; intends to offer to sell, subject to market and other conditions, shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC are the joint book-running managers and Craig Hallum Capital Group LLC is acting as co-manager for the offering.
DCP Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: DPM) 5% LOWER; today announced that it has entered into an agreement with MichCon Pipeline Company, a subsidiary of DTE Energy, to acquire certain natural gas gathering and treating assets for $45.1 million in cash. The assets are located in northern Michigan adjacent to the Partnership's existing assets. These assets provide essential services for gas produced from the Antrim Shale formation. Separately, the company announced that it has commenced, subject to market conditions, an underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 of its common units representing limited partner interests. The Partnership also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 375,000 additional common units to cover over-allotments, if any.
Penson Worldwide Inc (Nasdaq: PNSN) 4.6% LOWER; filed a $175 million mixed securities shelf on form S-3 with the SEC. The company may see Common Stock, Preferred Stock, Debt Securities, Warrants to Purchase Common Stock and Warrants to Purchase Preferred Stock
Limited Brands (NYSE: LTD) 4.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.02, ex-items, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter was $1.78 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.77 billion. Sees Q4 adj-EPS of $0.93-$1.08, versus the consensus of $0.79.
Woodward (NASDAQ: WGOV) 4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.34, 1 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter was $365 million, which compares to the estimate of $381.47 million. Sees FY10 EPS $1.40-$1.60, versus the consensus of $1.49. Sees FY10 sales unchanged from FY09.
NetApp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTAP) 3.1% HIGHER; reports Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.37, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter was $910 million, which compares to the estimate of $880.30 million. Sees Q309 sales of $935 - $9355, versus $920.9 consensus.
Gymboree (NASDAQ: GYMB) 3% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $1.15, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.13. Revenue for the quarter was $265.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $269.24 million. Gymboree sees Q4 EPS $0.95-$1.03, versus the consensus of $1.13. Gymboree also announced a $40 million share buyback.
