A-Power (Nasdaq: APWR) 8.1% LOWER; postpones quarterly conference call from November 18 to later in 2010. The company said the postponement was not due to any accounting irregularities. The Company regrets any inconvenience that the postponement may have created.

SmartHeat (Nasdaq: HEAT) 7.1% LOWER; to offer 5 million shares of common stock

DryShips, Inc. (Nasdaq: DRYS) 6% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.38, ex-items, 13 cents better than the consensus of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $225.5 million, compared to the consensus of $216.92 million.

Dendreon (Nasdaq: DNDN) 5.5% HIGHER; wins Medicare panel's vote for survival benefits of cancer drug Provenge. The panel voted 3.6 on a 5-point scale, showing confidence in the drugs survival benefit.

Limited Brands, Inc. (NYSE: LTD) 4.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.18, 1 cent better than the consensus of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.983 billion, compared to the consensus of $1.97 billion. Declares $3/share special dividend, announces $200 million buyback. Sees Q4 EPS of $1.02-$1.07, vs. the consensus of $1.17. Raises FY10 EPS guidance from $1.68-$1.83 to $1.82-$1.97, vs. the consensus of $1.92.

Legacy Reserves LP (Nasdaq: LGCY) 4.1% LOWER; announced that they plan on selling 3 million common units. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 450,000 additional units.

Spreadtrum Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPRD) 4% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.43, ex-items, 10 cents better than the consensus of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $96.2 million, compared to the consensus of $92.26 million. Sees Q4 sales of $118-$125 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $102.64 million. Sees gross margin of 42.5-43.5%.

NxStage Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: NXTM) 3% LOWER; announced that they have sold 3.2 million shares of their common stock pursuant to an underwriting agreement with Canaccord Genuity Inc.

PetSmart, Inc. (Nasdaq: PETM) 1.9% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.38, versus the consensus of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.39 billion, compared to the consensus of $1.38 billion. Comps up 5.6%. Raises FY10 EPS from $1.91 - $1.99 to $1.96 - $2.00, versus the consensus of $1.98. Also sees Q4 comps up mid-single digits with an EPS of $0.71 - $0.75. Consensus sees an EPS of $0.73.
