After-Hours Movers 11/15: YONG, CEVA, URBN, STRI, ONP, POWI Higher; TBUS, NLST, ULU, EPB, API Lower

DRI Corporation (Nasdaq: TBUS) 8.8% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.05, versus the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.9 million, versus the consensus estimate of $23.77 million. Chairman and CEO David L. Turney said, "To better address a longer-term perspective on revenue and profit, we are modifying Company'€™s guidance policy. Effective Dec. 31, 2010, we no longer will provide short-term earnings guidance. Instead, we will offer longer-term directional indications with a primary focus on revenue and occasionally on margins."

Yongye International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YONG) 8.4% HIGHER; reports Q3 adj-EPS of $0.39, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $71.8 million, versus the consensus estimate of $54.50 million.

CEVA Inc. (NASDAQ: CEVA) 8.2% HIGHER; will replace Phoenix Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: PTEC) in the SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Friday, November 19.

Netlist Inc. (Nasdaq: NLST) 5.9% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.20, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.18). Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.6 million, versus the consensus estimate of $10.49 million.

ULURU Inc. (NYSE: ULU) 5.3% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.01, versus ($0.02) reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $62,000, compared to $130,000 in Q309.

Urban Outfitters (Nasdaq: URBN) 5% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.43, 1 cent better than the consensus of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $573.6 million, compared to the consensus of $582.73 million.

STR Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: STRI) 3.6% HIGHER; will replace Keithley Instruments Inc. (NYSE: KEI) in the Small Cap 600 after the close of trading on a date to be announced.

El Paso Pipeline Partners, L.P. (NYSE: EPB) 3.3% LOWER; plans to sell 10,000,000 common units in an underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 previously filed with the SEC. The partnership plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,500,000 additional common units.

Advanced Photonix, Inc. (NYSE: API) 3.3% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $0.01, versus ($0.02) reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $7.0 million, compared to $5.4 million in Q209.

Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (Nasdaq: PEIX) 3.2% LOWER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.16 compared to a loss of $0.22 for the same period last year. Revenues were $46.04 million compared to $71.9 million for the same period last year.

Orient Paper Inc. (NYSE: ONP) 3.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.10, versus $0.41 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $23.01 million, compared to $30.55 million in Q309.

Power Integrations Inc. (NASDAQ: POWI) 3.1% HIGHER; will replace The Gymboree Corp. (NASDAQ: GYMB) in the Small Cap 600 after the close of trading on Monday, November 22.

Mattel, Inc. (Nasdaq: MAT) 2.1% HIGHER; announces a $500 million increase to their common stock repurchase program. The Board also increased the company's annual dividend by 10.7% to $0.83.

Bank of New York Mellon (NYSE: BK) 2% HIGHER; Berkshire shows a new 1.99 million share stake in the company.
