Revenue for the quarter came in at $41.02 million which may not compare to the consensus estimate of $247.73 million. Sees Q4 2011adjusted EBITDA of $9.3-$9.6 million. Sees Q4 2011 revenue of $45.8-$46.7 million. Sees FY2011 adjusted EBITDA of $31.9-$32.2 million. Sees FY2011 revenue of $155.8-$56.8 million.

LDK (NYSE: LDK) 9% LOWER; cuts its Q3 sales guidance from $630-$680M to $460-$470M, vs. cons. $616.9 million. Module shipments move from 350-400MW to 285-290MW. Lowers FY11 sales guidance from $2.5-$2.7 billion to $2.2-$2.25 billion, shipments from from 750-800MW to 550-650MW.

Gulf Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: GURE) 6.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.28, versus $0.43 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $37.8 million, versus $44.8 million reported last year.

InterOil (NYSE: IOC) 6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.41), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $281.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $329.78 million.

Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ: URBN) 5.5% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.33, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $610 million versus the consensus estimate of $626.43 million. Comps down 7%.

Motricity, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOTR) 5.4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($3.80), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $31.79 million.

Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE: PVR) 5.3% LOWER; today announced that it has commenced an offering, subject to market and other conditions, of 7,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests in PVR. In connection with the offering, PVR expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase a maximum of 1,050,000 additional common units to cover over-allotments, if any.

Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. (NYSE: KOG) 4.6% LOWER; reports it is commencing an offering of 37,500,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Kodiak expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day over allotment option to purchase up to an additional 5,625,000 shares of Kodiak's common stock.

Zagg Incorporated (NASDAQ: ZAGG) 4.6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.16, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $45.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $44.68 million. Sees FY2011 revenue of $170 million, versus prior guidance of $160-$170 million.

American Oriental Bioengineering (NYSE: AOB) 4.1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.10, versus $0.06 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $53.9 million, versus $91.5 million reported last year.

NuPathe, Inc. (NASDAQ: PATH) 4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.51), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.51).

Cereplast, Inc. (NASDAQ: CERP) 2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.23), versus ($0.17) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.4 million, versus $1.5 million reported last year. Sees FY2011 revenue of $25-$28 million.
