Image Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: DISK) 37.7% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.07, compared to ($0.02) in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $29.84 million, versus $32.39 million in Q308.

Telestone Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: TSTC) 29% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.41, compared to $0.11 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $18.9 million, versus $8.4 million in Q308.

MDRNA, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRNA) 13.8% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.17, compared to a loss $0.52 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $100,000, versus $400,000 in Q308.

Lime Energy Co. (NYSE: LIME) 13.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.26, compared to ($0.36) reported for the same quarter last year. Lowers FY10 sales guidance to $71 - $73 million, versus $81.95 million.

Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI) 11% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.20, 9 cents below the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter was $910.5 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.01 billion. Comps were down 18.3%

Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: LXRX) 10.7% HIGHER; announced today that the company's investigational new drug, LX1031, a tryptophan hydroxylase (TPH) inhibitor, demonstrated positive results in clinically important parameters for the treatment of non-constipating irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Top-line results showed that treatment with one gram of LX1031 four times daily produced a statistically significant improvement in global assessment of relief of IBS pain and discomfort over the four-week dosing period as compared to placebo (p=0.0465). Improvements in global assessment parameters also corresponded with statistically significant improvements in stool consistency. Notably, increased clinical response correlated with a greater reduction in serotonin synthesis as reflected by measures of urinary 5-HIAA, a breakdown product of serotonin.

ESCO Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ESE) 10% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.82, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.77. Revenue for the quarter was $169.45 million, which compares to the estimate of $176.05 million.

ICX Technologies (NYSE: ICXT) 6% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.11, 4 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter was $42.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $47.70 million. Reaffirms forecast for year EBITDA.

TC PipeLines, LP (NASDAQ: TCLP) 5.1% LOWER; announced the commencement of an offering of 5,000,000 common units to a syndicate of underwriters led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank who will act as joint book-running managers of the offering. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 units to cover over-allotments, if any

Nordstrom (NYSE: JWN) 5% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.38, versus the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter was $1.87 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.87 billion. Sees FY10 comps down 6- 7%. Also sees FY09 EPS $1.83 - $1.88, versus $1.81 consensus.

URS Corporation (NYSE: URS) 3.6% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.79, 12 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter was $2.32 billion, which compares to the estimate of $2.34 billion. Sees FY09 EPS of $3.32-$3.42, versus the consensus of $2.99.

Luna Innovations Incorporated (NASDAQ: LUNA) 3.6% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.18, compared to a loss of $0.04 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $8.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $9.30 million.

Medidata Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: MDSO) 3.4% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.15, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter was $35.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $33.62 million. Sees Q4 sales of $35.2-$36.2 million, versus the consensus of $34.78 million. Sees FY09 sales of $138-$139 million, versus the Street estimate of $136.06 million.

EF Johnson Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: EFJI) 3.2% LOWER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.06, 8 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $24.4 million vs. $32.00 million consensus. (NOTE - only 1 analyst covers this stock)
