Procera Networks, Inc. (NYSE: PKT) 17% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.14, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $8.09 million. Sees FY2011 revenue of $40 million, versus the consensus of $35.15 million.

Demand Media (NYSE: DMD) 15.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.06, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $78.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $78.1 million. Sees Q4 sales ex-TAC $78.5-$82.5 million.

Legacy Reserves LP (Nasdaq: LGCY) 4.5% LOWER; today announced that it plans to sell 3,400,000 units in an underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 510,000 additional units.

Urban Outfitters Inc. (Nasdaq: URBN) 4.5% LOWER; reports preliminary Q3 revs of $610 million, and comps falling 7%. The Street expects revs of $629.21 million. Comparable retail segment net sales at Free People increased 14%, were flat at Urban Outfitters, and decreased 7% at Anthropologie. Direct-to-consumer comparable net sales increased 15% and wholesale segment net sales rose 13% for the quarter.

Solazyme (NASDAQ: SZYM) 4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.19), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.22). Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $10.06 million.

Hologic, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOLX) 3.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.34, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $467 million versus the consensus estimate of $457.43 million. Hologic, Inc. sees Q4 2011 EPS of $465-$470, versus the consensus of $467.5. Hologic, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $1.9-$1.93 billion, versus the consensus of $1.91 billion.

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) 3.4% LOWER; commenced a public offering of 13,250,000 common units. The firm also gave an option for the underwriters to purchase up to an additional 1,987,500 common units.

Pioneer Natural Resources (NYSE: PXD) 3% LOWER; has agreed to sell 5,500,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint book-running managers on the offering. The Company has granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares of the Company's common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

Sun Hydraulics, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNHY) 3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.44, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39.
