Coldwater Creek (Nasdaq: CWTR) 26.4% LOWER; lowers its Q3 guidance from a gain of 1-4c to a loss of 14-19c, which compares to the Street estimate of a 3c gain. Sees sales of $225-$230 million, vs. the consensus of $278.5 million.

Infinera (Nasdaq: INFN) 20.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.18, ex-items, 9 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter was $130.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $126.44 million.

OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: OGXI) 17.7% LOWER; is commencing a public offering of its common stock and warrants to purchase shares of its common stock. OncoGenex intends to use the net proceeds from the offering primarily to advance its product pipeline, including its lead program, custirsen, and OGX-427, which is currently in clinical development as a treatment for prostate cancer and bladder cancer, as well as for general corporate purposes.

Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYSE: HT) 7.5% LOWER; commences a public offering of 21,000,000 common shares of beneficial interest, par value $.01 per share. Underwriters of the offering have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,150,000 common shares to cover over-allotments, if any.

Kronos Worldwide Inc. (NYSE: KRO) 6.9% LOWER; announced Monday that it plans to offer 7.8 million shares of its common stock.

BlackRock Kelso Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: BKCC) 6.4% LOWER; announced today that it estimates it will report net asset value per share as of September 30, 2010 in the range of $9.70 to $9.90 and net investment income per share for the three months ended September 30, 2010 in the range of $0.24 to $0.28. Exactech (Nasdaq: EXAC) 6.1% LOWER; sees Q3 sales below $42 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $45.5 million.

Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) 6% LOWER; reports Q4 adj-EPS of $4.64, vs. the analyst estimate of $4.06. Revenue for the quarter was $20.3 billion, which compares to the estimate of $18.86 billion. Sees Q1 EPS of about $4.80, vs. the consensus of $5.04, on sales of about $23 billion, vs. the consensus of $22.22 billion. Sold 9.05 million iPod's during the quarter, 14.1 million iPhones, 4.19 million iPads.

VMware (NYSE: VMW) 5.8% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.39, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter was $714.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $697.75 million. Sees Q4 sales of 790-$810 million, versus the consensus of $774 million.

Seneca Foods Corp. (NASDAQ: SENEA) 5.6% HIGHER; will replace ATC Technology Corp. (NASDAQ: ATAC) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index

Capital One (NYSE: COF) 5.4% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS from continuing operations of $1.79, vs. the analyst estimate of $1.13. Revenue for the quarter was $4 billion, which compares to the estimate of $3.80 billion.

IBM (NYSE: IBM) 3.8% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $2.82, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $2.75. Revenue for the quarter was $24.3 billion, which compares to the estimate of $24.12 billion. Sees FY10 EPS of at least $11.40, which compares to the Street estimate of $11.29. The company had previously guided FY10 EPS to at least $11.25.

ICU Medical (Nasdaq: ICUI) 3.4% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.65, versus the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter was $75.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $66.60 million. Sees FY10 sales of $270 - $282 million, compared to the consensus of $273.1 million. Sales were previously at $270 - $275 million. EPS increases from $1.85 - $1.92 to $2.00 - $2.07, compared to the consensus of $1.91.

State Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq: STBC) 2.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.17, vs. the analyst estimate of $0.06. Total interest income for the quarter was $18.989 million, which compares to the estimate of $16.29 million.

Werner Enterprises (Nasdaq: WERN) 2.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.33, 1 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter was $463.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $475.51 million.

Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) 2.2% LOWER; says Ray Ozzie stepping down

Lincare (Nasdaq: LNCR) 2.2% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.47, inline with the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter was $418.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $418.46 million.
